Gene Costa bring many years of managerial experience.  Prior to beginning his career in Real Estate development and construction, Gene managed a $43 Million division of a Unilever, a Global 500 company.  Gene managed and coordinated a large sales staff, as well as challenging and complex product distribution system with a strong emphasis on communication to achieve the highest performance.  These skills transfer well to construction management.  While swinging a hammer, laying brick, or building high quality cabinetry is important to the luxury home construction process the

 sourcing, coordination, negotiation, and management of sub-contractors and suppliers, and communication with the homeowner is the value a Home Builder brings to the process.

Gene Costa has been developing Real Estate for 10 years is a licensed Realtor (so he understands home valuations and what adds to a home value) and has earned Florida’s coveted Certification of Residential Construction.
